Newstead Parish Council launched a logo competition to create a new modern logo for the Parish Council. We were looking for a logo that reflected our community, the parish and had a simple, modern but relevant theme. With almost 60 fantastic entries it was a difficult task for the Council to choose the winner.
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the Logo Competition is:
Daisy Kieran, who attends Newstead Primary School

As a Council we really liked Daisy’s drawing. We took inspiration from different parts of her design and asked a graphic designer to combine them together to create the new Parish Council Logo. We are really pleased with the result and look forward to seeing it used within Newstead
